I was an avid Bikram yoga attendee from 2014-2016. I did 60 day challenges, I did do double days where I did hiking and then I did Bikram yoga after. It was a great time in my life and I always thought that my skin was amazing after. However, I would recommend only for meditation and spiritual purposes, not for losing weight solely.
